- Client understands and agrees that prompt communication of approvals, opinions and specifications, is necessary for 24Sskanda to complete the assignment/project. As such, Client will provide such information to 24Sskanda through the email designated by 24Sskanda.
- Client understands and agrees that 24Sskanda will not commence work until Client provides 24Sskanda with the information outlined by 24Sskanda in the scope of work/services.
- Client will hold 24Sskanda harmless for delays or non-completion of project arising out of:
- a) Client’s failure to furnish information required by 24Sskanda,
- b) Client’s failure to approve content within two (02) business days after 24Sskanda has requested approval of the same, and/or
- c) Social media accounts being revoked due to Clients’ or third parties actions.
- Client will pay the Fee, on or before the third day of each calendar month through bank transfer (IMPS/NEFT) as per the bank details provided by 24Sskanda.
- Client will pay three (03) months Fee as advance to kick off the project.
- Submission of all invoices and receipts will be via electronic mail at email address as provided by the Client or as Client may otherwise designate to 24Sskanda in writing.
- Unless terminated as provided herein, these Services will commence on the mutually decided date and will continue in effect for a term of twelve (12) months. Thereafter, these Services will automatically renew on annually basis unless otherwise requested by either party in writing at least 30 days prior to the renewal date.
- Client understands and agrees that setup of social media profiles and accounts that are not pre-existing may require Client’s action.

Intellectual Property Rights
- All intellectual property rights in the deliverables shall remain with 24Sskanda until full payment is received.
- Client retains ownership of their pre-existing content and materials provided to 24Sskanda.
- Upon full payment, 24Sskanda transfers to Client non-exclusive rights to use the deliverables.
Confidentiality
- Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of business information, customer data, and trade secrets.
- This obligation survives the termination of the agreement.
Service Level Agreement
- 24Sskanda will respond to Client communications within 24 business hours.
- Emergency support response time will be within 6 business hours.
Termination
- Either party may terminate with 60 days written notice.
- Immediate termination is permitted for material breach of agreement.
- Client shall pay for all services rendered until termination date.
Limitation of Liability
- 24Sskanda’s liability shall not exceed the total fees paid in the previous 2 months.
- Neither party shall be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
